Do you want to try a different exercise activity? Are you in need of something to get you out of that armchair? Do you even know what Raquet Ball is?!
Raquet Ball is the fastest growing raquet sport in the UK and is played on a squash court, with similar rules. It uses a larger, bouncier ball and a shorter racket. It is easier to learn than squash and less physically demanding. Beginners have found it quick to learn and can get a good workout right from the start. It’s an ideal game for men and women and players of different ability play together.
The SSU3A Raquet Ball Group plays at St. George & St. Theresa Catholic Church Hall, 337 Station Road, Dorridge and welcomes new members.
